Welcome to the final month of 2010 and the Holiday season for many of us around the world. As we close down 2010 which has been a number 3 year of Learning, for us all let us all in our own different way, begin this new time and new year with a prayer that we are now leaving behind all the things which has caused the world so much pain and suffering and move into a bright new future for ourselves and the planet.

December is the 12th month in a number 3 year which makes this final month of 2010 a 6 or number 6 month of love and opening ourselves to be more present in love and perhaps in service which Feels Good to us.

We in the western world become more and more busy during this time while the energy of the universe asks us to slow down and do less. Many planets moved direct last month and 2 more this month, and making huge shifts this last 2 months seems the theme in the sky and for ourselves: Keywords for Sagittarius is (I PERCIEVE) asking us to maybe look at things in new ways.
We are all needing some rest, and recuperation from a difficult year for many so How about creating a new version of the Holidays for yourself? What about a gift of self to those who you love and honor? What about less Shopping Mall time and more Real time and energy into what folks need. Don’t all of us need the same thing? Someone to listen, someone to care, and someone to show us that we Matter? What a Powerful, and wonderful gift it would be to receive and give this year.

Traditionally the stone for December is the Ruby, which is said to connect to the vital Energy of life and energize us. Blue Topaz and Turquoise are also Stone energies, which align well with this month and help you acknowledge your own truth and more deeply connect with your life purpose and authenticity.

Colors of December are Purple and Deep Blue, both spiritually uplifting energies.
Use the oils of Cinnamon for joy, Pine for nature and Sage for knowledge this month.
The Totem or energy of this time is the Centaur, ½ man and ½ horse, which energetically is about exploring, freedom loving and connecting to the planet and animals

As we live here within the world. The ruling planet for this time is Jupiter moving direct in the sky with Chiron the wounded healer in Pisces. So again, we have a theme of healing and creating a new world from our beliefs. I Perceive is the theme of Sagittarius.

How appropriate that we begin this wonderful month with a releasing energy from that 29 degree of endings Full moon November 21. It is time to let go of the past and recognize that things will never be as they were and be joyful as we are allowed the opportunity in creating something new.

Hanukkah this year on the 2nd brings the moon in Scorpio into the land of the Venus retrograde shadow, so many of us will be giving our thanks as well as looking at what we really desire. On December 22nd the Shadow of this Venus (what we want and how we attract) moves out of the shadow we shall recognize many changes within ourselves over the last 90 days.

The dark of the moon magical wishing energy on the 3rd and 4th carry Scorpio and Sagittarius energy as we are asked to look deeply, peel away the layers of our past and pain and open to new freedoms with the New moon on 12/5 at 9:36am PST This new moon is at 13 degrees of Sagittarius and as the sun and moon join in the sign of Sagittarius we are asked to look at our freedoms and rights not so much as an individual but for everyone.

This fire sign (Sagittarius) is about truth, justice and accountability so use this new moon to realize your own truth as we have an opportunity to make new intents and them to grow stronger until the full moon on the 21st which will be a FULL MOON LUNAR ECLIPSE on the Winter solstice. So again our year goes out much like a BANG and explosions of energy and enlightenment come to us all if we are willing to just listen to What we know is right for the world.

Uranus the planet of Change moves direct on the 5th at 5:51pm so I would expect that this weekend of the 3rd, 4th and 5th to be an inspiring energy asking us all to move forward into a better 2011.

On the 7th as Mars moves to Capricorn to Join with Pluto (transformation) and the north node (what we are asked to Learn and sometimes a difficult spot) Now we are asked to work hard to create a world better for everyone on this planet and recognize that we have the ability and the power to create significant changes.

Keywords for Capricorn are I USE and colors are all dark shades as we are asked to move within energetically and being work on the inside. The symbol for this time is the mountain goat with a dolphins tail, ascending to the heights of the worldly world but still utilizing the sea, intuition and visions and dreams.

Mercury retrograde on the 10th at 5 Capricorn makes this week a HOT week As Mercury going backwards joins Mars, the North Node and Pluto asking us to change the way we think if we are feeling disempowered and change those thought patterns to Empowerment energy. The first quarter moon on the 13th carries a strong and powerful energy of change. As we are challenged to look at our new moon ideas and maybe re arrange some of them to fit current circumstances. Not giving up the dream; but moving it into a more grounded base for ourselves. On the 18th as Mercury retrograde backs into Sagittarius ideas come more easily and moods seem to Shift UPWARDS with our spirits.

On the 21st we have a FULL moon Lunar eclipse at 29 Degrees of Gemini and 29 Sagittarius at 12:13am right before the sun moves to Capricorn and we have our preview of coming attractions for 2011. As the nodes in the sky change in 2011 to (North node to Sagittarius out of Capricorn) and the (South node to Gemini out of Cancer in early 2011). Expect the eclipses of 2011 to be much easier, and life too offer you many more options than 2010 brought to you. (this eclipse seems to be not only an energy of releasing as is the energy always of full moons. But there is something very different about this eclipse, 29 degrees is the end…but this eclipse also seems to bring new beginnings and a new increased energy of ideas, possibilities, optimism and hope.

On the 21st at 3:39pm pst we have the winter solstice and the sun to Capricorn right after that Full moon Lunar eclipse. This time of Capricorn brings us to the American Indian time of the North and Winter as days now begin to become longer and the nights shorter.

This is a time sacred to purity and renewal through major cultures all over the world and a time when we can access this energy if we just take the time to sit down and quietly open to renewal. Capricorn is a Cardinal Earth energy which is about building our lives in order to create a dynamic of change for the world, not just ourselves, so this time carries a powerful push to assist us with this task. And we have lots of planets In Capricorn right now. Mars (action) The sun (the Light) Pluto (Transformation) The North node (our destiny point).

Christmas day brings us an energy of the moon in Virgo allowing us to heal old wounds and open to recognition that all things can be energetically cleared away and again we are asked to Let go of the past at the end of 2010 so it does not clutter 2011.

We leave this year with the energy in the sky wide open, ..no planets retrograde and an open energy wishing peace on earth and good will to all no matter what your religious preference. So, to end 2010 and bring in 2011 I wish you joy, peace, and a year of greater understanding and inner connection to your souls destiny…as we enter a 4 year of foundation and stronger support for us all in 2011.
