Eternal Spirit of Justice and Love,
At this time of Thanksgiving we would be aware of our
dependence on the earth and on the sustaining presence of other
human beings both living and gone before us.
As we partake of bread and wine, may we remember that
there are many for whom sufficient bread is a luxury, or for whom
wine, when attainable, is only an escape. Let our thanksgiving for
Life's bounty include a commitment to changing the world, that
those who are now hungry may be filled and those without hope
may be given courage.
Amen

Lovely and timely post sister.
I know your Thanksgiving will be filled with the love of family, the joy of grandchildren and warm, filling foods of nourish-ment.
Love and Blessings...
Lovely words and photo. This is such a timely post. I was thinking this morning how we sometimes forget to be thankful to our mother Earth for all she has given us.

Greetings Beloved Ones...yes, I have been thinking of thankfulness all day long here...
My blessings are many, but I wish with all my heart that those who are hungry and cold at this time of year find shelter and a something filling to eat for body, mind and soul.
