As in stirring the cauldron of life, we often find stones in the pot. It is up to the spirit within us all to recognize the 'stone' as a thing that feeds the spirit, the soul, to come to the realization the 'stone' is a thing of beauty, its essence perfection, as we live in each moment of 'now.' All moments are perfection, even the stones in my soup.
